The implant has a head portion (30) contacted at coronal end of a pin-shaped external threaded element (1) and protruded about 2mm from a screw to the jawbone. Diameter of the head portion in a region (10), where region is protruded from the bone (15) to an implant shoulder with conical profile, is smaller than diameter of the external threaded element, to increase diameter of the external threaded element. Height of the head portion is ranged about 1-4mm. A screw winding (5) is provided in an upper area of the external threaded element. The dental implant is made of titanium or ceramic material.
