The quick change picture frame has a transparent plate (4), a four-sharp-edged frame profile (2) with laterally formed out channels, and a rear wall (10), applicable into the channels. The rear wall (10) consists of folding wings (12). The wings are transferable over hinges (14) from a side position into a flat position. By pressing the wings down from the side position into the flat position the edges are lockable into the channels of the frame profile (2). An independent claim is included for a folding framework.
