The ozone module and the heating medium are arranged relative to each other and relative to an air flow (LS) of equipment. The device and/or arrangement (2) for the avoidance of ammonium nitrate deposits on a surface of ozone production system (1), includes the ozone production system comprising an ozone module, which works based on the function of dielectrically obstructed electrical discharge. The ozone module comprises a heating medium (3), which is formed as heating resistor and located on a surface of the ozone module or partially arranged within the ozone module. The ozone module and the heating medium are arranged relative to each other and relative to an air flow (LS) of equipment. The heating medium is arranged at the discharge side of the ozone module, which in turn is arranged facing away from the air flow. The ozone module is designed in the form of a flat panel, with long and narrow sides shorter than the long side. The device has an upper and lower electrode, which are arranged above and below a carrier respectively. The heating medium is arranged together with the upper electrode on the carrier at one level, and the heating medium and the upper electrode are covered by a surface coating. The heating medium is formed and arranged in such a way that the ozone production system and/or the ambient air of the ozone production system is brought to a predetermined temperature. The device and/or arrangement are arranged within an air processing equipment.
