Extending along a tie-bar (TB) (10) for a vehicle's rubber-band driving chain (RBDC), a section (12) is bordered by a pair of cut-up rails with first (16) and second (18) face surfaces (FS), one of which fits outside the longitudinal edge of the TB. These first and second FS each have a flat surface with its normal surface line (20) running crosswise to the RDBC's direction (22) of movement.
