The skill and creativity development device comprises a baseplate (2) with a frame (1) on it, a foot engaging in the underside of the baseplate enabling the baseplate to tilt and turn in all planes, a changeable underlay (4) to go in the frame to receive paint, and at least one movable body within the frame. The baseplate has holes (7) in it for a cord.
