Fence has at least one fence post (1) with panels (2) inbetween, on the top of which a light (3) is fastened. A holder is fastened to the post on which the light can be fastened. The light has a bottom part (3a) used to fix it to the fence post. The bottom of the light has a mount to receive the lighting medium. The light holder covers the fence post and protects it from rotting, and can be attached to an angular as well as a circular fence post.
