Switch cabinet has a body and lock (12) with switch bolt (14) as well as lock holder fixed to door with catch bolt which uses a switch bolt for locking. Rotatable closing switch bolt (14) as well as locking pin (11) in both locked and open positions are pre-tensioned using a rocker spring (17). A rotatable security lever (19) pre-tensioned by a spring in its blocked position to block the turning movement of the catch bolt is provided. It is pivoted by an electro-magnet (24), in order to set the readiness of the switch bolt to open, against the force of the spring into the switch bolt's free position.
