The lamp has coupling optics/lenses formed for coupling lights produced by LEDs (12) into a light guidance body (14), where coupling area is provided with an annulus section. A deflecting area is arranged at an inner side of the coupling area. The deflecting area is provided with number of deflecting surfaces for the deflection and distribution of the lights on a light emitting surface, where the deflecting surfaces are arranged one above the other, so that the thickness of the body is gradually reduced from the coupling area. An independent claim is also included for a light guidance body for a LED lamp.
