Cuff consists of bladder (10), which can be blown-up, an envelope (20) which encloses bladder and can be looped around arm of patients whereby the envelope on the surface has a first, second and third adherent surface. The first adherent surface (21) is manufactured from separate material and second adherent surface (22) possess first and second section (30,40) of different material, which can be adhere together. The material of the section of first adherent surface is identical. The third adherent surface (23) possess first and second section, which can be displaced opposite to the first and second section of the second adherent surface, so that the second and third adherent surface can be adhere together.
