Heat sink has a number of cooling fins (1) which have a floor wall (11) and two, opposite facing connection holes and side walls (12,12'), in which the upper faces of the two side walls (12,12') extend inwards, and form two flanges (13,13') which are parallel to the floor wall, so that the floor wall (11), the side walls (12,12'), and flanges (13,13') form an air channel (14). The two flanges correspond to the connection holes (111,111') and each forms a connection part (15,15') which can hook into the connection holes of another cooling fin.
