Arm rests (30) are outwardly pivotable and provided with supporting parts, where each supporting part has an insert and recess. The recesses are detachably connected with the block, and the arm rests comprise fastening ends connected with the inserts. A safety rod is connected with the arm rests in a detachable manner.
