The support has a base (10) with an inwardly deepened functional area, and a metal hub (20) provided in the base. The metal hub is uncovered with an upper surface in the functional area and with a lower surface on a lower wall of the base. Conducting lugs (30) are formed in the functional area and are isolated from the metal hub by distance spacers (12). The lugs are connected with conducting contact bases (31) and extend to an outer side of the base. A base of the metal hub projects in a base of the base (10). An independent claim is also included for packing structure of a light emitting diode.
