A rotary disc or washer is fitted to the base of a micro wind generator module assembly and a control rudder is fitted to the top. The rotary assembly formed, is attached to the front of a vehicle. It acts as both a spoiler and wind generator. During travel, some of the slipstream is converted into electrical energy for the vehicle.
