The detector has a fuel storage (1) including a hollow space for receiving a fuel (12), and a rotating device (14) with an axis perpendicular to XY-plane. The device has three immersing bodies (140, 142, 144) with respective balance point, density which does not exceed a density (rho ) of a fuel, volume and connection lines from the balance point of the bodies to an axis of length. The axis of length includes an angle of 120 degrees with the lines, where masses are different from each other. Buoyant forces act on the bodies, where an overall torque F(rho , theta ) is zero in a balanced state.
