The dry ice radiation plant (10) has dry ice storage vessel, compressed air storage vessel and a mixture unit (14) for manufacturing dry ice particles compressed air mixture. A milling unit is integrated in blasting pistol (12), which is attached over the tube system (16) on mixture unit, which is again connected with dry ice storage vessel and compressed air storage vessel. The milling unit is integrated into the blasting pistol. An independent claim is included for the blasting pistol.
