The clamping strip profile (1) has clamping strips (6,7,8), referring its longitudinal extension to the longitudinal extension of clamping gap (2), which are arranged in the clamping gap projecting from a shank (3,4). The clamping strip has a higher rigidity than the edge of the article, which is to be inserted in the clamping gap. The clamping strip is shifted towards the depth of the clamping gap opposite to the shank, sectionally due to materialistic features. An independent claim is also included for a support profile for the support of the clamping strip profile comprising a chamber for the support of the clamping strip profile.
