A heated adhesive pistol (1) has a heating device (3) for heating the molten adhesive stick (2), a handle (5) for holding the adhesive pistol, a feed device (8) for tracking the solid extruded adhesive stick (2) into the heating device (3), which comprises an unloading unit through which the liquefied adhesive component of the molten adhesive stick (2) passes and through which a solid part of the molten adhesive stick (2) is carried, against the feed direction.
