The unit has a profile (10a) made of a viscoelastic polyether-foam material, which exhibits a volumetric weight of about 40-120 kilogram per meter square. The viscoelastic polyether-foam material is thermoelastic under body heat. A longitudinal edge (12) in a front part of a profile at an outer edge of a chamfered section (26) exhibits a thickness, which is half of the profile thickness in middle, and a front edge (14) is chamfered in a range of few centimeter.
