The blind has heating wires (1) that are fused into polyvinyl chloride (PVC) lamellae. Connection wires (2) are extracted from the PVC lamellae for electrical connection of heating loops. The length of the blind is formed in such a manner that openings are formed in upper and lower regions of the blind. The openings bring about a thermal air flow to the upper surface of the blind.
