The heater has a control device (9), a leading heating wire (1) and a recoiling heating wire (2) together forming a device-close heating section and a device-far heating section, and a breathing tube including an inspiration tube (5) and an expiration tube (6). Temperature sensors (7, 8) are respectively located at ends of the heating sections. Electrical connections (10, 11) are respectively formed at the ends of the heating sections between the wires. The resistance of the connection (10) is controllable, where the resistance of the connection (11) is controllable or not controllable.
