The JACKSON wind turbine, which is currently up to date, uses a baffle S, ( 2 ), in order to bring in too strong wind in safety, such as behind a protective shield, wherein the wind has become too strong the baffle S perpendicular u.rechtwinklig flaps in front of the wind rotor, characterized in that the baffle S only a smaller part of Rotor not covered by the wind, which is advantageously placed approximately between the baffle axis AC and rotor axis ZZ.
