The swing has a supporting frame (10) with two vertically arranged vertical support systems (14, 16), where a traverse unit (18) connects the support systems in an upper area. A swing unit (12) is arranged between the support systems, where the traverse unit is freely swung. The swing unit includes a seating part (24), a backrest (22) attached to the seating part, and a leg bearing (26), where the backrest and the leg bearing are held pivotable opposite to the seating part. The leg bearing connected with the backrest is swung by a swinging mechanism.
