The device has a support unit, which stands on an elastically deformable connecting unit in connection with a sitting part. A joint rod in the gap of a joint body of a leaning background (10) is so connected at a far joint area that the gap is adjustable between the joint areas. The pivotal motion of the former joint body is controlled by the body weight on the seating device of a sitting person. The sitting part with the support unit on a joint device is so connected with housing (8) that the sitting part of the seat is located opposite to the housing.
