A spring (3) is supported between a pivot (2) and a device main body (1) to bias the pivot up to three relative positions. The pivot is connected to a handle (22) and to a blade mounting cam (4) within the main body. In one relative position, the spring stores preloading strength. In the next relative position, the pivot makes the mounting device clamp the saw blade. The mounting device is released from the blade at the last relative position.
