PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the accurate manufacture of a distortion detecting element.;SOLUTION: A plurality of cylindrical basic substances 8 where an end of each of the substances 8 is closed by a diaphragm 8b are individually fixed at positions previously specified on a fixed plate 10. The basic substances 8 are supported by a jig 11 via the fixed plate 10 and then every surface of the diaphragms 8b is held on a same plane at a prescribed height from a reference position 12. The every surface of the diaphragms 8b is positioned in the direction of the fixed plane 10 extending by setting a positioning marker 13 previously installed on the fixed plane 10 as a reference. Thereafter forming process to every diaphragm 8b by a distortion detecting part 9 is concurrently done.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
