A surgical device for the treatment of urinary incontinence in women, comprises: - a needle (2) having a pointed end (6) and a gripping part (7), the needle (2) being dimensioned so as to extend the inner surface of the vaginal wall to the outside of the abdominal wall, and - a strip (4) intended to be implanted in the abdomen of the female, so as to produce a supporting the urethra, a first end (9) and a second end of the strip (4) which can be secured to the needle (2). the strip (4) comprises at its first end (9) and to its second end of the means for securing the like (12), intended to fix it to the needle (2), and the needle (2) comprises means of fixing the like (14) which are complementary to the means for securing the like (12) of the strip (4) arranged at the times at the level of its gripping part (7) and towards its pointed end (6).
