This reproducing device is equipped with convolution integrators (5, 7, 9 and 11) which perform convolution integration in real time of a pair of impulse responses digitally recorded in a memory (35) and containing the correction characteristics of a sound source and a headphone used at the time of measuring the impulse responses based on digital signals from a multichannel digital stereo signal source (2) or digital signals obtained by converting analog signals from a multichannel analog stereo signal source (2) by means of an A/D converter (3) and based on the angle of the head of the listener (23) with respect to a reference position.
