The boat has two wheel carrier arms (2), each mounted rotatively on a hull to pivot between a rolling position and a navigation position. Each arm is operated between the two positions by a hydraulic jack (5) and received in a cavity of the hull. The longitudinal axis of each jack and the longitudinal axis of each arm form an angle between 20 to 75 degrees, in the navigation position. The wheel carrier arms (2) extend downwards to roll a boat by support of wheels on the ground, in the rolling position, and in the navigation position, the arms are raised and placed with their wheels in the cavities of the hull.
