The transformer has two quartz plates (1, 2) disposed on its both sides and polarized according to thickness of the plates. The plates are adhered on an aluminum cylinder (3) of diameter slightly lower than that of the plates so as to weld electrical connections on printed surfaces (4, 5) of the plates. Thickness of the plates and the cylinder are multiples of one-fourth operating wave length based on standing waves.
