The closure has a body (1) that is cylindrical or slightly conical towards an end closed by a diaphragm (2), and equipped with, at another end, a hollow crown (3) whose inner profile is complementary to outer profile of thread protectors (4, 8) of a tube. The exterior of the body has flexible blades (6, 7) cooperating simultaneously according to their positions with an inner surface of the tube or an inner surface of the protectors.
