The frame has two arms (10), each comprising, at its one end, a groove (11) and an immobilizing hole (12) at its other end. A removable and interchangeable trim (20) has, at its one end, a hook (21) with a bend (24) and a centering pin (22) with an engaging bevel at its other end. The bend is introduced in the groove in one direction and the trim is plated against the arm in another direction. The bevel facilitates the pin to enter into the hole. A magnet (14) is mounted on the arm and cooperates with a zone of the trim.
