The pipe fastener consists of a cradle (12) with fixing lugs (13, 14) for attaching it to a support (9), each lug having a hole (15, 16) for a retaining pin and a guide for a pipe fastening ring (11) with screw tensioner. The cradle is in the form of a one-piece component moulded from plastic, stainless steel or titanium, and the lugs are fixed to it by threaded rods with nuts or pins with locking washers.
