The cushion (12) has a fixation device (18) removably fixing the cushion on a motor vehicle seat and including two fixation arms (40) each inserted into a corresponding housing of a frame, where the housings are arranged such that the cushion extends longitudinally along the body of an occupant. The lining has reinforcement inserts around/in the housings, and the arms are movably mounted on the cushion between a retracted position, in which the arms are retracted inside the cushion, and a deployed position, in which the arms extend outside the cushion. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a seat assembly comprising a seat and a cushion (2) a motor vehicle comprising a seat assembly having a seat and a cushion.
