The sole has a metal plate (1) at which an anti-skidding plate (2) is twined. Two quick adjusting locking straps (6) are fixed on the metal plate by rings (5). Front and back of plate are pierced of two holes (9) sufficiently spaced from one another in which screws (10) of different sizes are inserted and fixed by nuts (11). The sole is pierced of five rails (7) for fixing a cleat (8).
