The system has a connecting server (SMR) comprising a receiving unit (RRQ) to receive a profile request (REQ) emanating from a station of a claimant user (Pr). The server has a searching unit (MRB) that searches, in a database (Bdp), coordinates of an expert user (Pe) corresponding to profile defined in the profile request, where profile of the user (Pe) is inscribed in the database. The server has a connecting unit (MMR) that connects the claimant user station and a station of the expert user whose coordinates are found in the database by the unit (MRB). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for connecting a station of a claimant user and a station of an expert user through a telecommunication network (2) a software stored on a data medium comprising software instructions for executing claimant user and expert user stations connecting method.
