The device permits to transfer photo or video sequences obtained using a camera or camcorder towards a data base (9) of a computer. The photo or video sequences are automatically sequenced based on the indication of duration of the sequences and total time. The computer accesses the data base for sorting the photo or video sequences and selecting the sequences and background music. The computer performs final writing, compression, coding and engraving on a physical medium.
