The device has a radio frequency identification (RFID) detection antenna (2) and a camera (3) connected to a computer (4) for integrating an incoming connection of acquisition of a detection signal and identification of an object or an individual holding a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag and another incoming connection of acquisition of a continuous video stream. The connection of the antenna and the camera to the computer generates computerized copy of the continuous video stream, and cuts the video stream according to duration of fixed sequence or output detection.
