The goggles (1) have left and right spectacle frames (2, 3) in which a bridge plate (4) is connected between them. A pair of buckles (6) is respectively fixed to the frames, and a band (5) is attached in an adjustable manner to the buckles. Each buckle has a base (60), an axle (64) and an attachment (67) comprising a hand lever (672), an engagement projecting part (673), and a strap (674) extending from the lever to support against the frame after assembling. The band coupled to the axle and the base has engagement slits at free end of the band, where the slits engage with the part.
