The fastener has a base to be fixed on a board and a movable rear support shell movable between an open position and a closed position to permit the entry of the shoe by the back. A rear strap (6) surrounds an ankle and a front strap (5) fixed to the base. The strap (5) is arranged on an end of the shoe and has a property to be deformed under pressure of the shoe to be adapted to the shape of the end, where the strap (5) has a three dimensional shape similar to the end.
