The overshoe has a sole (2) with a front part having a stirrup (3) open towards the rear of the overshoe. The sole has a rear part with three S-shaped elastic straps (4a-4c) having upper ends turned outwards. The straps (4a, 4b) are placed laterally and the strap (4c) is placed at the rear of the overshoe to hold the rear of a shoe. The sole has a central part (9) which is made thinner with respect to the front and rear parts.
