The device has an ice box (1) containing a low temperature recharged hold over coil (2) that is adapted to contain different ice creams in housings (3) to partially or totally surround the housings by the coil and to establish a closer thermal contact between the housings and the coil. The coil has a cover closing the housings, where a user manually extracts the ice cream from a clearance opening in the housings. An independent claim is also included for an ice box for isolating ice creams.
