Borated preparation (I) in aqueous/liquid phase or in emulsion/dispersion, for agricultural sector and/or corrugated cardboard industry, comprises: an active boron at 1 mg-5.16 g/l of the preparation; a borated organic substance formed by reaction of boric acid with an alcohol; a borated organic substance formed from an alkaline/alkaline-earth borate and an organic acid/aldehyde; and an alkaline/alkaline-earth borate.
