The panel (1) has a self-supporting structure such as a multi-layer panel (2), fabricated using a rigid plastic material and fixed to an ultraviolet radiation and weather resistant covering (4). The covering is an acoustical insulation layer and is fabricated using a flexible plastic material. The covering has a membrane (3) which absorbs contact noise on a surface of the ultraviolet radiation and weather resistant covering.
