The panel (1) has pieces provided with tapped inserts (13, 14), where the pieces are fixed by over molding with plastic material of the panel to ensure fixation of the panel with a case of a motor vehicle and to ensure fixation of an equipment or accessories on the panel. The equipment is composed of a rail (16), screening curtain (17) and a completion liner (18). The inserts receive fastening screws, and are provided on a face (1d) of the panel. The inserts support a vat storage container and a lighting device. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle, comprising a transparent plastic roof panel.
