The device has a common injection rail that is formed with an inner tube (11) and an outer tube (12). Outlet orifices (15) are formed in the tube (12), and an inlet orifice is situated at an axial end (14) of the tube (11). The tube (11) is pierced with a number of radial holes (16) greater than the number of outlet orifices. The radial holes (16) are spread on whole lateral surface of the tube (11) and each having a section greater than that of the orifices (15).
