The rotor has multiple blades disposed on a hub, where the blades are inclined in the direction of current with respect to a plane perpendicular to an axis of rotation. A leading edge of the blades has an inclination at an angle (alpha ) in a cone of revolution with respect to a line joining the center of the hub of the rotor to an end point of the leading edge located at a distance from the axis.
