The system has a module (1) presented in the form of an interactive terminal, and another module (2) presented in the form of a chip card. The chip card is inserted in a reader corresponding to the terminal for accessing a payment service implemented by complementary units (6, 7) such as electronic transport ticket reloading unit, distributed between the modules. The modules comprise integrated complementary units (8, 9) forming electronic purse of payment service during implementation of the service.
