The seat has a positioning system controlling the inactivation of a slide locking system and the maintaining of the locking system until a mobile profile (5) of a slide is in free position. An anchorage unlocking control system is maintained inactive till the mobile profile and a fixed profile (6) of the slide are in adjusting position so that the fixed profile is not disintegrated from a base by actuating the anchorage unlocking control system.
