The pipe has an internal layer (1) comprising polyethylene inert with respect to water, and an intermediate layer (2) having a property of adhesion towards the polyethylene and flexible polyvinylchloride and connecting the internal layer and an external polyvinylchloride layer (3). The external layer (3) covers the intermediate layer. A tubular frame (4) contacting with the polyvinylchloride is made of elongated glass fibers and is disposed between two polyvinylchloride layers (3A, 3B) of the external layer.
