The present invention relates to a method of grafting molecules of interest on an inorganic substrate, in particular of silicon, by means of a spacer compound, said grafting using at least one click chemistry reaction, better known under the term "click chemistry", the supports thus obtained and their applications in the fields of nano and nanobio technologies, such as molecular electronics, the manufacture of biochips or even sensors.
